Who is ADF Wheels?
ADF Wheels is American Design Factory. We build custom forged dually wheels from 6061-T6 forged aluminum, CNC-machined to order in the USA. Every set is cut for one truck. We run three lines, War Class, Show Class and Working Class, and we sell them as matching sets of 6 for 1-ton dually trucks.
What are the best forged dually wheels?
The best set has the right load rating for your axle, the right fitment for your truck, and a style you'll want to look at for years. Our wheels start as 6061-T6 forged aluminum and get CNC-machined to order in the USA. Working Class is built for work and load. Show Class is about the finish. War Class is the most aggressive style. Tell us your truck and how you use it, and we'll point you to the right set.
Are ADF wheels made in the USA?
Yes. Every ADF wheel is made in the USA from 6061-T6 forged aluminum. We machine wheels in Southern California, Texas and Florida.
Do you make forged dually wheels for the Ram 3500?
Yes. We build sets of 6 for Ram 3500 dually trucks. Send us your year, cab and wheel size, and we'll confirm bolt pattern, hub bore, offset and brake clearance before the machine cuts.
Do you make forged dually wheels for the Ford F-350?
Yes. We build sets of 6 for F-350 Super Duty dually trucks. Give us your year and the size you want, and we'll confirm fitment and offset before we cut.
Do you make forged dually wheels for the Silverado 3500HD and Sierra 3500HD?
Yes. We build sets of 6 for Chevy Silverado 3500HD and GMC Sierra 3500HD dually trucks. Bolt pattern changed between generations, so give us your year and we'll confirm the spec before we cut.
Do I need adapters?
It depends on the line, style and size. War Class at 20 and 22 inch fits direct with a conservative offset, or with big-rig adapters for a more aggressive offset. War Class at 24, 26 and 28 inch requires big-rig adapters. Many Working Class and Show Class sets fit direct at 20 and 22 inch. We confirm fitment for your exact style, size and truck before we cut.
What sizes do you offer?
It depends on the style. War Class comes in 20 to 28 inch. RIZZ is a Show Class style offered in 24, 26 and 28 inch. Each product page lists the sizes for that style.
What is the load rating?
Load ratings depend on the style and size. For example, MEGA PETE in our Working Class line is rated at 5,400 lbs per wheel. Ask us for the rating on the exact set you're ordering, and match it to your truck's axle ratings.
What comes with a set?
A dually set is 6 wheels: 2 front, 2 rear outer and 2 rear inner. Depending on the package, it includes billet aluminum center caps, lug covers, lug nuts and valve stems. The product page shows what's in each package.
How long does a custom set take?
Every set is machined from scratch after you order. Polished sets take 4–6 weeks, powdercoated sets take 8–10 weeks, and War Class sets take 12–14 weeks because every War Class set is extremely custom. If forgings are delayed, we'll tell you the best ETA.
Can I visit a showroom?
We don't have a showroom. We ship from 5550 Jurupa Street, Suite B, Ontario, CA 91761. Commercial addresses with a shop or loading dock ship free. Residential delivery is $250. You can also buy through an ADF dealer.
