SHIPPING POLICY

*You must provide a wheel and tire shop address, or commercial building with a loading dock. *

• All ADF wheels are custom CNC machined from scratch.
• Typical orders ship within 4 -6 weeks. If there are any defects, it could take an extra week. If forgings are not in the warehouse - on the way to us - we will inform you of the best available ETA.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once the machine has begun cutting there is no return. If the machine has not begun, you will still have a 5% cancelation fee.

ADDRESS

• WE DO NOT SHIP TO RESIDENTIAL LOCATION. Wheels come 6 on a pallet that weighs approximately 300 lbs. or more. Mounted Tire packages come on 2 pallets that weigh 500lbs each, or more. The truck drivers will not break down the pallet.
• WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOX, OR UPS STORE
• WE WILL SHIP TO APO or FPO military addresses if they have a shipping doc or forklift.
• WE WILL SHIP INTERNATIONALLY If you’re an international customer your government may charge duties or taxes when the product arrives. ADF does not pay for these additional taxes and fees and the customer is responsible for doing the research and understands these fees, we do not have the resources to quote these additional costs.

Please note that if you’re an international customer your government may charge duties/taxes/brokerage when the product arrives. ADF does not pay for these additional brokerage, taxes, and fees.
