Terms of service
ORDER PROCESS
1st The raw blanks are pulled from the warehouse and sent to our machine shop. If the blanks are not in stock, we will email and call the customer to inform them of a realistic lead time. At this time the customer can cancel or agree via email that this will be satisfactory.
2nd Once the blanks are delivered to the machine shop our engineering dept will develop engineering drawings specific to your order. This process takes 1 week.
3rd blanks go into the Hass vF6 super mill, and the design, bolt pattern, and center-bore are all cut out on all 4, or 6 Forged wheels. This process takes 1 week.
4th Quality control inspects wheels and specs to make sure your order has been processed correctly then takes to the polish, or powdercoat facility. Once at finish this process takes 1 week.
5th Once they are back from finishing - the QC team does a final inspection. If there are any questions, or problems with the finish, we will call and email photos to inform you of any defects. We advise that it’s possible to take another week for the finishing dept rework any cosmetic issues. Do not freak out when reading the QC phase. We are in the custom world and when something goes wrong our job is to fix it. These aren’t cheap premade parts in a box. They are all hand crafted by the last of a talented hard-working breed of toxic masculine Alpha champions.
Typical orders ship within 4 -6 weeks. If there are any defects, it could take an extra week. If forgings are not in the warehouse - on the way to us - we will inform you of the best available ETA.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once the machine has begun cutting there is no return. If the machine has not begun, you will still have a 5% cancelation fee.
